Lately you see a lot of new members where did they all come from?

How you all came aware of the mail list, the website, etc. By friend, internet, garage, dealer or what or whom?

I found this site via a search engine on the web. This is one of the many sites that appear while doing Datsun related searches.

They had a brief blurp on the site some months back.

i think the majority of answers to this question would be:

1. from a search engine

or

2. word of mouth.

maybe you can put "search engine" in the options? not sure if you can re-edit the poll variables though.

Oh... the answer to your Q. is via a search engine, when I was considering buying a 240z and when i bought it I spent most nights trawling through search engines and reading up about everything 240Z related. It got to the point that I really thought I'd seen it all. Yeah spent way too much time doing researZch..

I was a die-hard ZCAR.com person (winoman). Earlier this year there was a certain 'element' loose on that site that made me embarrassed to be a member. It really was quite unbearable. Many of our new-ish members will know what I am talking about--I think we gained quite a few here shortly after that 'situation'. A good friend (actually a Z31 driver!!!) told me about 240z.org and thought I might enjoy it in light of my uneasiness with ZCAR. What a Godsend! This place is great.

Hardly ever go anywhere else. I live here.

I found the site from the links on SportZ magazines web-site. looked around through all the Z sites and ended up here. Been here ever since. :cross-eye

Google. I advertise my Znuts site on google and zcar.com. I get about 3 new registered users per day so there are tons of z car enthusiasts out there:classic:

On a search engine when I started looking for a Z I did a ton of research like 24OZ...

I dont visit any other Z site regularily - this one has it all !!!

Zvoiture, as I was never a fan of zcar.com could you explain what happened? (I just love goss - even when it's old goss hehe) No worries if you prefer not to.

I had a case of the birthday blues "F~'K I'm THAT old...I guess I need a habit" type emotion set in.(every year actually but this year I did something about it).

So I looked on www.ask.co.uk That serach engine has never let me down yet. So I put in 240Z and this site came up first.

I went to www.z31.com, which speciallizes in later year Zs'. Anyway I was always asking questions about 240Z's and they told me to go here, cause it was all about 240z's

Search engine, Yahoo i think. I typed datsun 240z and Voila!!!

I went to the Motorsports Z show in California. As I was cruizing around, drooling over other Z's I saw a group of people getting together and holding a big ol banner for a foto. The banner said "240Z.ORG". Been here ever since. It's a great place to be.
