Posted August 5, 200816 yr comment_255401 My son and I are resurrecting a 75 280z that has been sitting for 6yrs. Now that it is running, it leans out under load. (No power and backfires). I am trying to find out what the fuel pressure is supposed to be. Can anyone help me? August 5, 200816 yr comment_255412 According to the FSM, the fuel pressure should be 36.27 psi. The fact that you car has been sitting for 6 years likely has caused restrictions in the tank/lines due to the sediment build up from the old gas. I went through the same thing when I bought mine. You'll have to clean out the lines and clean or replace the tank.
