76 clock resistors' specs

Can anyone help me finding the right specs for the clock's resistors? It looks like on mine they both got burnt out.

The only resistor colors I can see are:

red-yellow-black-?-?-?

There is a capacitor next to the burnt 2 resistors. Maybe you know this capacitor's specs as well?
