Keep an eye open for a 71 240, Road race, school-bus yellow, #44 article.... they came by the house and did a front yard photo shoot before the photographers went back to Japan after the MSA car show here in California. Perhaps in the fall? Like to find a where to purchase the magazine.

Reaaaally, :)

Hey that sounds great! They promised to send a copy but nothing yet. I'd pay you for your trouble if you found one. Japan magazines can be made quite nice compared to thin papered US magazines. Thanks for the heads up we have lots of fun with this Z, and a nice magazine write-up would make a good memory to keep.

So are you over in Japan now?

Honto ni, Domo Arigatogozimashita yo!

Thank you very much,

Craig

See what we can do if we can find the magazine and scan some pictures. Mean while this was tonights project.... installed the CSA electric water pump that MSA sells. Lighting Vintage Auto mag. won't have these latest photos. LOL. Thanks for the comments.

I made it back, have 4 extras to let go (Chino 240Z, I have yours separate) that I would like to get $18 for apiece. (The magazine is $10 plus roughly $4 for USPS first class) PM me if you're interested, first 4 PMs get them. I'll take Paypal and will ship them first class next week when I return to the states.

Man I've got to visit this forum more often.

I was told, at the MJS 2008 event this past May, that my car was in a Japanese magazine. The guy that told me, couldn't remember the name of the magazine. I've been searching since.

By any chance was it in this magazine. I have no idea what size pic .. it might have just a luck shot (ie .. in the background). I've got a blue z31 with VDI doors.

Craig, congratulations!! Your car is worthy of some press! and lightning magazine really has done well by the southern california Datsun enthusiasts.

I understand that the magazines are selling really well in Japan too. Thus we see them coming back often to continue to maintain sales.

Hope to see many of you at the JCCS show in October!
