280z ignition relay weird noise

hey guys, i replaced my ignition relay, and i hear a weird noise coming from the ignition relay and/or fuse compartment. it goes off when i turn the key from the off position. The noise stay even when i take out the key from the ignition.

i can hear the feul pump working but have no gas going up to the engine compartment and into the injection rail. so my car just cry to start but it can't.

i sprayed some gas into the intake and i crank it and it started and died again.

any info will be greatful . where can i find a car aftermarket stereo guide or wire identification. 1976 280z
