240kconvertible Posted September 4, 2008 Share #2 Posted September 4, 2008 Looks like a lot of work Noodle, you should do a technical publication on it when your finished.
Noddle Posted September 4, 2008 Author Share #3 Posted September 4, 2008 (edited) Yes, a fair bit off work, but this is my hobby, slow and steady win the race, unless you have lots of money and pays someone else to do it..I found a smallish business that has a laser cutter, and his rates are very good, the adaptor for the 36 tooth wheel was $10, I had my brother spin it in his lathe, and the bracket was $5.I enjoy doing it myself, so when someone says "who did you get to do that" I can say "I did it myself".and now the weathers getting nicer, I'll be able to finish my other projects,I'm looking forward to getting Megasquirt running, and then do my turbo install..as for a technical write up, I have lots of picturesNigel Edited September 4, 2008 by Noddle

240kconvertible Posted November 28, 2008 Share #6 Posted November 28, 2008 Your K is going to be awesome when you have the turbo fitted. Are you going to fit the GTR style flares as well?
Noddle Posted November 28, 2008 Author Share #7 Posted November 28, 2008 Your K is going to be awesome when you have the turbo fitted. Are you going to fit the GTR style flares as well?I'm looking for a 2 door in Tassie, but that doesn't look like it will happen, but some of the picture of four doors with flares look good, so most likely will fit flares to my 4 door.I was waiting for some progress on the flares from this threadhttp://classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32006but it looks like it went cold..Nigel
