July 29, 200915 yr comment_290664 DO you have a picture of the light surrounds? Is it the black and crome part you are thinking of? Or the beaver panel itself? If its the crome bits, then we would have to find both sides to make a mould with mounting points. Does it look like any parts in the pitcure? July 31, 200915 yr comment_290820 Guys don't forget to add your location when you want something. I will tlk to the bloke about postage as well. That way we can work out whether it's easier for him to do it or a local club freind. August 5, 200915 yr comment_291154 i would be very keen on a set of the tail light surrounds too it is the last remaining item on my GT-R shopping list I attempted to buy a few when i had a contact in japan, but i always fell short, even around the $1250 mark! (probably a good thing though.. it was impulsive at the time, and needless to say a waste of money for a bit of plastic) Perhaps somebody could replicate them from a photo (maybe in clay or something to take a mould from?)? the mounts etc are all the same as the non-GTR.. anyone got any ideas? August 5, 200915 yr comment_291185 I was hoping to cast them in two pieces, front and back, then glue them together, I'm not sure how thick the lenses covers are, this would determine whether I use glass or resign.:stupid: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/29487-buying-flares-grill-etc/?&page=15#findComment-291185 Share on other sites
