September 10, 200222 yr comment_15334 I really like the add they used on the website when they were introducing the new 350Z about a year and a half ago. It was set to music and showed the Z plates and them making the original Z, also showed its racing heritage. I should have saved that one to file Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/2976-350z-tv-ads/?&page=2#findComment-15334 Share on other sites
September 10, 200222 yr comment_15336 I'm not old enough to remember Z adds (my 72 was built the same year i was) so seeing the classic 240 on TV was cool. I will fully admit that i didn't like the 350 at first but i am warming to it now. September 10, 200222 yr Author comment_15347 yep laffeaux, $15,000 at Beaverton Nissan and $5,000 at Royal Moore Nissan in Hillsboro... I am very fond of both my Saturns because of the way I was treated at the dealership. No Markup, fixed price, and no what can I do to get you in the car today crap. A year later (93) I purchased a Dodge mini van, my wife and I were kept at the dealership for 4 F'n hours while they kept telling us that it would be another 15 min to sign papers. When we finally got to the closer we were pissed and wanted to know why they did not want us to make an appointment to come back later. The answer was that most customers do not come back. We countered that maybe if you treated them better they would! The other comparison is when the van kept loosing the center 1.5inch diameter wheel caps they tried telling us that it was our fault. I took the service manager out to their service drive up and pointed out two vans with the same wheels as ours that were missing the center caps . . . My experience at Saturn was when one windshield wiper was loose and not moving. I went into the parts department to get a look at the parts book before I took it apart and hopefully pick someone brain. When unknown to me the service manager was in the pack of the department, over heard my problem and before I was out to my car he had a wrench on it and had it fixed ! Because of these experience I always take my Saturn to Saturn when it is a repair that I can not do myself. And when I still had the van and once it was out of warranty they never saw it again.
