Posted October 28, 200816 yr comment_264755 Hello Everyone! Wondering if my car is to new for this site? I purchased the car in October of 83. Restored it 6 years ago, and looking to do some more. Or should I be on some other site with 25 year old car?? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/29808-1984-50th-anniversary-turbo/ Share on other sites
October 28, 200816 yr comment_264757 Your model is a completely different beastie, the first Z with a V-6. While it is still a Z car, you might find more useful information at z31.com since that site is dedicated to your vintage. Not sending you away, there's plenty you can learn here about the history of the Z, basic body work stuff, opinions on products, etc., but so far as finding all the info on how to diagnose your car; the pickings will be slim-but we do have a good number of Z31 owners here...But we all want to see photos, regardless... October 28, 200816 yr comment_264758 Welcome aboard! All Z's are welcome (I have a Z31 too..).That being said, this site focusses somewhat more of S30 (70-78's). There are a few other sites that have more Z31 (84-89) content. These include:www.z31.com (obviously dedicated to Z31)www.az-zbum.com (some very, very good walkthroughs on common repairs)www.xenonz31.com (relatively new, but pulling together some good content)www.zcar.com (covers all versoions of Z's, a ridiculous # of posts, some good, some less so...)There are probably a few more out there, but these will be a good start. And oh yeah...photos....
