Yes, I'm sure he will have so many people looking to give him a non-refundable $500 deposit for "the exclusive rights to make a 1st offer on the car" that he will need to start another auction for that LOL. He says he will make the car look just like the model, so does that mean he will build it to 1:18 scale?

Hahahaha!!!! I think I'll give a non-refundable deposit so I can have first buyers rights... LOL I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him.

And all the restored bits will be done with newspaper and body filler!!!

Pay no attention to the snow, the car is really located in Nigeria. If you send me $500 I will fill the trunk with 10 Million dollars in cash and drive it to your house.

Wow, this really is one "train wreck" of an ebay listing! It's just a shame that a z-car had to be involved.

Apparently ONE of the things this guy is confused about is the difference between the Low Retail NADA guide value and a car like this that does not run and is "below poor condition". Here is the description from the NADA classic car guide for a Low Retail condition car

Low Retail Value

This vehicle would be in mechanically functional condition, needing only minor reconditioning. The exterior paint, trim, and interior would show normal wear, needing only minor reconditioning. May also be a deteriorated restoration or a very poor amateur restoration. Most usable "as-is".

Some of the vehicles in this publication could be considered "Daily Drivers" and are not valued as a classic vehicle. When determining a value for a daily driver, it is recommended that the subscriber use the low retail value.

Note: This value does not represent a "parts car".
