i just joined this forum. i just purchased a 1976 280z. the car has 110,000 miles on it. it has been sitting 1-2 years. it minor rust except behind right rear wheel where it is kind of bad.

what are the main things i need to be aware of?

what should i immediately do to the engine (manual trans) in regards to tuning-up?

any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome! Here's two useful links for you. They're both for the 1976 280 Factory Service Manual. IMO, the factory service manuals are the best technical resource especially for the fuel injected S30.
