I hope this one 'classiczcars.com' doesn't die out,

I found this to be the best (English) forum for our beloved 240Ks

it wont die off, it really is the best resource for 240ks on the net, but classic skylines Australia is made for all classic skylines not just the c110,

I hope they introduce a rule about signature pictures. They are already out of control. 2 lines of post, and a massive sig pic puts me right off.

Classiczcars 240k section will never die out, it goes a fair while sometimes without posts but it is always kicking. If the list of people wanting frp stuff from challenge is any guide we are healthier than ever with people checking it out.

I really only use this forum and check sau every now and again.

wierd?! is it a blatent rip off of SAU or is it affiliated?

i am guessing it isn't affliated, and they are just trying to rip some of the traffic from the SAU classic section

i think i will stick with Classic Z Cars

its not a rip off of anything, honestly have you spent much time on sau? ive been there for years and its only the last six months that they would even tolerate old "skylines" no turbo = no skyline,

and there are still alot of guys there who hate em,

Classic skylines Australia is a real club for early 32 Back, we have the support of the prince skyline registry, alot of the clubs members are r31skyline club members as well, the forums are just there for the sake of it. so maybe one day we can have all classic skylines in one place, not to step on any toes. The club was born to run the Skyline Nationals events. and we thought why not make it a full proper club with track days drag days show 'n' shines. etc etc,

i was actually the one to blame for the skylines australia classic section.. i figured it would have been a great and natural place for us to go.. but in reality.. as you say.. for the majority of skyline owners.. classic means R31

there was very little if any usefull C110/C10 (a handful of C210 though) info, and i must admit i have not checked it as often becasue of that (here is still the place to be!)

i think CSAU will have similar issues in that there are already dedicated forums for later skylines R32 +, R31's and the C110, and there will be no reason for this to change (i certainly see a hole for prince, C10's etc. though)

i think that CSAU (which i still believe is a bad name if your not affiliated with SAU) may be a little better if there are specific sections for each (unlike SAU had).. but for C110 i would hope that this forum remains the defacto.. there is too much in the archives

i understand were your coming from and i agree to a point with the name but it is Actually CSA, couldn't really think of another name, we actually are having trouble with people thinking were associated with the ndsoc!
