Posted January 13, 200916 yr comment_271073 I still haven't found my next Z resto project but while snooping around on craigslist, I found this old "vintage" hand wringer. I'd been looking for one of these for years and couldn't pass this one up despite it's rusted/nasty condition. (plus the $8 price was too good to pass! ) My dad had one for years while I was growing up and I remembered how great it was to wring out the chamois and towels after washing the family cars/boats. So. after a run thru the bead blast cabinet and a little paint, here's the before and after pics. January 21, 200916 yr comment_271631 Those things are fun. I remember when I had one with a 5 HP lawnmower hooked up to it. That wringer was so cool. It would ring just about anything. Then one day ouch. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/30506-another-im-bored-restoration/#findComment-271631 Share on other sites

January 21, 200916 yr comment_271655 Ya was just kidding. Those wringers are the coolest to have around, if I still lived in Houston I would only head over to Mikes to wash the car. PS looks great Mike Edited January 21, 200916 yr by 280~Master Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/30506-another-im-bored-restoration/#findComment-271655 Share on other sites
