After looking at the pics, I'd say $5,000 is high. I paid about $1,500 less for my 73 in similar, maybe slightly worse condition, but with 28K (titled) actual miles on it.

Thanks for all your inputs. I to have some reservations as to originality. I spoke with the owner yesterday and he is going to email me a walk around video, I told what areas I especially interested in seeing. I asked how it was stored and he said that it was in a concrete floored garage but not on blocks. He stated that the title reflects 29k and he has put 4k since he purchased. MGOOD, a special thanks for all your observations. For your information the car is located in Oil City PA.

I would sell mine for 4 as is. It needs painting and shocks. Has some rust behind the doors and basic surface rust in the engine area but other than that it has some custom mods. You can find one in better condition or at least talk the guy down from his price.

Unless the camera is playing tricks, it looks to me like the LF fender is bent in at the bottom. If you follow the body line from the back of the door forward, it should continue straight on the fender, but it bends inward just below the 280Z badge.

Like others have said, the engine bay looks old and cruddy and the overall condition isn't THAT nice. It might be a nice car, but it might also be a turd with a decent paint job.
