Hood Emblem Fell Off!!

And if they don't have any, Check your local Auto Body and Paint supply company. The usually have all of the clips, clamps, pins and molding tape associated with a tear down and repaint.

2 way adhesive won't last I don't think
If you use the right product, it will. I use 3M Automotive Acrylic Attachment Tape Part No. 051131. I also use their preperation products, All Purpose Cleaner, Prep Solvent followed by an alcohol wipe before installing. Though not necessary for mounting emblems, I've used their Adhesion Promoter before using the tape to mount flairs and spoilers, trim, etc. without ever having one come off unless I wanted it off. You actually have to use a heat gun (carefully) to remove the part without pulling off the paint.

If you go to NAPA there are different size barrel clips for different diameters of posts. Be sure to take your hood emblem and I bet they can match it up and you will not have to pay freight. Good luck............the barrel clip is the best method to use, I would stay away from double sided tape on my car.........IMO.
