front bumper search!! Help!!!!!

Recommended Posts

Here in the US, these bumpers are pretty common, but the shipping cost to the UK is going to be expensive. Also, if you want that look, you will need to remove the bumper guards and either find some chrome finish bolts to place in the holes or have the holes filled and the bumper re-chromed.

Thanks for the advice, i figured that shipping would be expensive but for the perfect, gorgeous looking Z, i'm fully prepared for the cost. If you come across any web sites that sell them, i'd really appretiate you writting me again. Thanks again.

If you're really serious I could have one built for you. Please PM me for more information. This is not cheap to do nor will shipping be cheap. We'll start with a 1972 or 1973 bumper, have it straightend, holes welded (filled) then rechromed.

What year car will it be going on? Need to know what brackets you'll need, probably the early brackets. I figure, with out calling for quotes, the bumper, brackets, straghtening, shipping to the plater, then to you, roughly $700-$900. Just an estimate at this point.

Shipping is the killer!!!

I've got those on the front and rear of my Scarab.

I'm really sorry guys, the bit i meant is the colour coded bit below the grill, i think that you would call it the front valance or apron, or something along those lines. I've (very crudely) shown on a picture of MY datsun the bit that i'm talking about. You have all been very helpful and i apologise for not properly naming what i was actually after.

P.S. That is a VERY COOL looking scarab. especially in white!
