Hey everyone. Wanted to say 'Hi.' and let you know what I'm running I recently bought a '86 VG30E, really like it. But the more I learn about the different generations of "Z"s, I'm really wanting a 1971-3 s30 Fairlady Z. But until then I thought I'd hang out and learn about the first generation.

Yeah,I'm new to this forum too,but not new to Z-cars.I am the third owner of my Z that I have owend since 1988.1971 240Z built 11-70 HLS-30-17121,build date is important with early Z-cars,nissan made lots of running changes to the car in mid production.So when you get your car and start ordering parts be sure to let whoever know exacty when the car was built,not just the model year.My car is actually a 1970 but titled as a 1971.Oh yeah like the heel toe action in your avitar..
