February 13, 200916 yr comment_274121 GIMP is free, and powerful. But it's not always easy to install (I've heard), and the learning curve is said to be similar to full-bore Photoshop, as the program itself has similar capabilities. For your average home user, PS Elements is a very good affordable option. February 13, 200916 yr comment_274127 Chris W. You have a better scan of the '72 window sticker? It shows slightly blurry on my PC. Arne's comes in nice and clear, but as I have a '72, it's cheating if I used it Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/30806-repro-window-sticker/?&page=3#findComment-274127 Share on other sites
February 13, 200916 yr comment_274130 If someone can get good scans of the window stickers for the different years I can size them and do the work, I am very proficient with Photoshop. February 13, 200916 yr comment_274146 Chris W.You have a better scan of the '72 window sticker? It shows slightly blurry on my PC.No, I don't. Sorry. Some time ago, Carl Beck used to have an e-mail "list" discussion group and one of the topics was about this. I guess that's where I got the image. It was very small originally and when it is enlarged the crispiness is lost. It's supposed to be from 1972. I know my Honda dealership "SISLEY HONDA" used to be a Datsun dealership' date=' but dont know what it was called back then.[/quote']Zak, the only three dealers in Toronto in the 9/71 dealer list I have are:Arnold Datsun Sales & Service Ltd.2233 Queen St. East(416) 691-6165Checkpoint Ltd.5507 Dundas St. West(416) 239-1217St. Clair Motor Service3262 Dundas St. West(416) 762-7537I didn't see anything with the name Sisley in it, but I did a google search and found a posting for an original Z owner on Zhome.com with the dealer listed as M&M Sisley Co. February 14, 200916 yr comment_274203 I think this one is from a 73, although it is a little rough. -MikeHi Mike:Yes - it's from an Early 73 - HLS30 125678. The later 73's were about the same form, but included the DATSUN 610.FWIW,Carl B. February 14, 200916 yr comment_274204 EnjoyHLS30 00026 is of course Chris's... and HLS30 03547 was Bill Regan's. You'll note the lack of the "Rear Window Defroster" being listed. The later 70 Window Stickers included it.FWIW,Carl B. Do you know what year the colored one is for?MartyHi Marty:The File Name is screwed up - that was my mistake when nameing the file - the colored one is for a 1971 Model.. note the signal seeking radio....FWIW,Carl B. I think you will need a copy of a windowsticker from Nissan Canada.. from 73.FWIW,Carl B.
