if you dont already have a z to pimp around... id just drop an engine in it and drive it around till something better comes along. but if you already have a z that you drive than part it out. atleast thats what i would do.

It all depands on how much money you have to play with. If you have limited means than make her road worthy and enjoy your $750 spent. If you have the funds to complete the Z fantazy then find a car worth restoration and use the current as a donor. If I ever do it again, it will be with a donor parts car, the individual parts prices will kill you. A local salvage yard will lessen the pain quite a bit.

Somebody had to have done a fast bondo paint job just for a fast sell, so I would really wonder how long before the bondo starts poping out due to moisture under it. I personally would not elect to keep that particular car.

You have 1/2 the battle won with a great donor car for only $750 (with an uncracked dash not to mention the rest of the car).
