No, the flags in the background are just one sided and viewed from the back. Look at the lettering on the car and the tires. It's not backwards.

FP national autocross champion, Andy Craig. I watched him autocross at several events including the time he hopped into the fastest BP Corvette in the nation and went quicker than it's owner.

The story that isn't mentioned is the one where Newman, with Mario's urging, went over to Europe to see if F1 racing was a possibility. That it didn't likely meant that F1 was not to come to America.

I really like the article on Craig's AX car. My current 240 has nearly the same set up but I drive it on the road.
