Totally the Datsun driver is at fault there.

But when you look at the video there are never any black streaks behind the Z like he has no brakes...

Or perhaps he forgot where he was on the track. He jumps out and passes two cars at speed and makes no attempt to turn the car. Those front tires are straight.
