January 23, 20169 yr comment_485211 A friend sent me this picture today and it confused me a bit.  Does anybody know anything about this Z?  The shape is off enough that it barely looks like any original Z lines are left.  The rear quarter window is shaped different and the side window is clearly much longer than stock.  If I had to guess, I'd say the wheelbase is longer too.  The door cut lines are completely different that stock.  It's a tube frame car with a widebody, but there is usually more of the original car than what I see here. I'm told the picture was taken at LeMans. January 24, 20169 yr comment_485349 I am looking for pictures of the 1972-73 Bob Sharp Racing seasons showing the wheels used on the 240Zs. Besides the gold center BBS three piece ones, BSR used what looked like white Minilites. January 26, 20169 yr comment_485427 Were you the one who sent me the PM? I haven't the mental capacity to attach pictures to a PM evidently. Minilites were a very popular wheel at the time; would be surprised if these are not Minilites. I took the picture on the track; Paul Whiteman Trophy Races, SCCA National, Daytona 1971. The other one is the American Road Race of Champions, Road Atlanta, 1971.
