March 15, 201311 yr comment_417905 That red car seems to be more an exception than the rule. Gunmetal grey (probably matching colour AND finish of tail light beaver panel) is definitely much more common for original GT-Rs.I'd be very intersted to know of the history of that red car. It is very special indeed Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/31081-my-new-240k-hardtop/?&page=13#findComment-417905 Share on other sites

April 25, 201311 yr Author comment_421560 I don't have any new pics of my own to show and thought a update was overdue so I borrowed these from the panel shops FB page. Basically the car is at a stage where most of the rust and old rust repairs have been fixed and GTR wheel arch mods are being done. Front fender receiving GTR treatment. This fabricated piece will go in the gap that cutting the rear fender leaves instead of cutting the inner fender into tabs and folding outward. April 27, 201311 yr Author comment_421697 The workshop is Custom and Classic Cars I left it up to him to do something that would be neater than the tab method and that is what he came up with. When it's sitting up in position it looks extremely neat from both underneath and inside the boot. May 8, 201311 yr Author comment_422846 Today the c110 was put on a rotisserie ready to tidy up underneath and fit the fabricated pieces to the inner wheel wells, I can't wait to see what they come up like. May 8, 201311 yr comment_422847 Neither can I. I think it's so much better than folding the inner guards Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/31081-my-new-240k-hardtop/?&page=13#findComment-422847 Share on other sites
