Posted March 25, 200915 yr comment_278762 Hello,I am 19 and just bought my 77 280z on Mach 22, 09. Lots of miles but strong clean engine with newer injectors, brakes, brake lines, clutch, and interior. Taking care of some minor rust issues. Will need some body work and new paint but a great driver. Am learning to drive stick. Dad is patient.Taylor Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/31294-another-wa-st-z-owner/ Share on other sites

April 6, 200915 yr Author comment_279901 That's funny. Nice catch. I hope I haven't unconsiously set my hopes too high. But then again speed was not my goal. A unique daily driver was. The speed is in the garage behind one of the pics. That's not a daily driver. April 6, 200915 yr comment_279902 LOTS OF MILES on a 280Z = 300,000+Looks like a nice clean 280Z worth taking care of and sure to be enjoyable to own. Now save some money up - and plan a trip around America early summer when you turn 21... Stay off the Interstates as much as possible -and stop for a day or to in many interesting spots.. Take a good friend with you to share the experience with... This is an Amazing Country...good luck,Carl B. April 6, 200915 yr Author comment_279904 Thanks Carl. I am only at 160,000 so guess I should be looking forward to the next 160K. Sounds like I have some catching up to do. April 6, 200915 yr comment_279908 Good find it seems . Welcome to the group. With Summer just around the corner you will have some great weather for some cruising. Where are you in Wa.? There are several Z drivers in Vancouver Wa. And there is a Z club in Seattle. In fact the Wa. Z Club is coming down to my neck of the woods for a cruise up the Columbia Gorge toward the end of this month. I live just West of Portland. Good to have you aboard.
