It should be the same, mines a early 02/77.

Radio as follows:

12v + constant current= red/black

12v + switched current= blue

ground = n/a

illumination= red/yellow

dimmer= n/a

front left= blue/white +

front left= blue/yello -

front right= brown +

front right= brown/white -

left rear= red +

left rear= green -

right rear= blue +

right rear= pink -

I hope this help's!

I am not quite sure but the above may be a little differant because the 76 does not have all the speakers. I will check in my manual diagraphm for a 76 and get back

I'm not sure either just have that one, so I figured some info is better than none.

The power and ground wire's are probably the same but with different speaker wiring.

I have a '78 and I had a heck of a time finding a switched +12V wire even with the FSM wiring diagram. It seemed like there should have been one in the original radio connector which was still intact on my harness, but nothing panned out. Finally, someone here pointed me towards a switched power wire under the dash on the far right side just above the FI relay box. I believe it is an unused wire with a bullet connector. I'm not sure if it's there on a '76, but I'd look there first. My car is still hibernating, but it will be awake in a week or so if you still need me to take a picture of the wire for you.

Thanks guys, I'll check out what's there, I'm not sure if there is a blue wire, but will post when I get this thing figured out. Have ordered an FSM on CD, so should be able to get it figured out
