April 14, 200915 yr comment_280718 Ya it would be really nice to have a central location for all between salem and eugene to meet. I think its a great Idea. I live in sweet home and its a 2 hour drive to portland for me and another 45 min. from eugene. Just too far for me to drive, but I really want to be apart of a club. April 14, 200915 yr comment_280727 Sounds good! How should we go about doing this? I dont know anyone that owns a z but I have seen a few around in town. We can post a thread calling for all z car owners in the salem-eugene radius of north, south, east and west. I think we would be surprised of how many people are out there. I have only owned my z for a year so im pretty new to the community. April 14, 200915 yr comment_280749 Christ Arne, how did you guys get your Z's to the face of the moon, let alone pave a road up there...It looks like a photo of Hot Wheels cars positioned on a limestone driveway. Those rocks are really cool. Thanks for the pictures Arne. Your drive looks like a lot of fun! April 30, 200915 yr comment_282176 Well, you all missed out on an AWESOME weekend of traveling thru the great Northwest in lower Washington and upper Oregon. We went to the Maryhill Winery, Museum, Stonehenge replica and the famous Maryhill Loop Road. Met some great people and friends, drove many a winding road, hit speeds of over 125MPH on SR 14 and the scenery was Breath taking. Go to Youtube and look up " Maryhill Loop Road " ZCCW.org 4/26/09 Here's a link to my 70' 240Z going down the hill. It's little grainy but it's me. Leah was recording so yo get what ya get. I still love her though. Dave Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/31500-washingtonoregon-z-drive/?&page=2#findComment-282176 Share on other sites
April 30, 200915 yr comment_282196 I took that picture. This is at a lava flow by Sisters Oregon we were on a cruise and stopped at a vantage point for pictures . This is between Eugene and Bend Oregon. It was a great day. This is in Arne's ''back yard''. By the way there is a move afoot to start another Z club for the central/southern Oregon.
