Like it yes, would I buy one of I had the money and wanted a 2 seater sports, no.

But a way lot better than the 350z was. Can't wait to see what the Japanese tuning houses will do to them.

I like it. It's a huge improvement over the godawful 350Z. The changes are somewhat subtle but it makes all the difference in the world.

I stopped in the Nissan dealership this week. They had a black 370Z with the persimmon orange interior trim. I found it to be somewhat luxurious and without driving it, I can not qualify an opinion, but it has the feel of what I would expect from a modern day sports car in this price range. As far as appearance, it is perhaps a look that grows on you? It has with me anyhow. I agree with the sentiment that they look much better in person. I didn't get the urge to buy it though.

About a month ago I was looking for a replacement to my miata (which I loaned to my son in college) so I went out and test drove a 370. It was an absolute beast, the power was incredible but in the end a lot more than I need in a daily driver. It looks much better upclose than any of the pictures you will see in the mags. My only dislikes were that the digital fuel consumtion gage was out of place, as well as annoying, and the level of road noise was not much better than the miata. In the end I got a one year old BMW Z4 which reminded me more of my 240 than the 370 does (straight six, long hood, rear axle right behind the seat). Great time to buy used cars (regardless of what you buy). It had 14K on the speedo and was 20K off original sticker.

As far as appearance, it is perhaps a look that grows on you?

For me, more accurate would be a look that you either choose to accept or not. The look of most modern cars will never grow on me.

Sat in one and I don't fit. Head hits the roof with seat in lowest and furthest back position. Not really designed for anyone over 6' tall. I have 3-4" of clearance in the 240Z.

not sure i like the head/tail light. the front bumper is little too rounded for my taste. the nismo rims are ugly and from the picture so are the seats. but the overall shape of the cars is not to bad. the wing fits well with the cars overall shape. the engine specs are respectable. just going by specs and pictures id give it a 7.5

Not a fan, really.

I think it's a small improvement over the 350Z, but that's not saying much from my perspective.

Mainstream car companies don't make sports cars anymore, not in the traditional sense of the word.
