Posted April 20, 200915 yr comment_281246 Does anyone know a good place to by a new batter holder/support ( not a tray) and any suggestions on the cheapest, way to handle the rusted out hole in the fender? April 20, 200915 yr comment_281257 I'm afraid that finding a donor is you're best option but that won't be easy since this area is a common problem. I'd also be sure to properly take care of the surrounding metal that is still solid but at risk. April 21, 200915 yr comment_281279 Keep an eye on ebay, they show up now and then. I bought a donor section last fall, mint codition with plenty of overlapping area all around. I think I paid $80., but I figured it was cheaper than paying someone to fabricate one since I don't weld.
