their just not paying who ever they pay to maintain there SSL anymore. as far as i know they have there own servers and the page that process the info is still secure. when your browser goes to a SSL (https://) it checks their certificate with a national database. this way you know its truly a SSL site and not just one posing as one. just because they no longer pay to maintain the certificate with the national database doesn't mean the server is not secure. im not sure how you pay with cczc, but im willing to bet its with paypal and paypal by law has to maintain a SSL certificate. so no worries.
