May 7, 200915 yr comment_283011 Is it going to be carb'd or FI? Any idea on what cam you are going to use?We just tore down my block to check bearings before putting it in the car and trying to decide if my cam(460 lift and 270 duration) is going to be enough to really work my triple OER 47mm carbs.Tom Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/31790-update-on-the-31-stroker/#findComment-283011 Share on other sites

May 7, 200915 yr Author comment_283014 Good to see actual photos of the process. Did you consider using a torque plate for the boring? i really wanted to but here at the shop we couldnt find one, but it will still work fairly nice it would only be off by a lil shouldnt make a huge diff. and the cam not to sure what im gonna use im trying to see what kind of size carbs i wanna use first and then ill see what kind of cam im gonna use but ill keep you guys updated. next step would be port and polish, and then decide what kind of cam i should run...after carbs of course..
