Tokico S Series shocks

I recently located a NOS set of 4 Tokico S Series shocks (black cartridge). They are an oil based shock rather than the Tokico H Series shocks (blue cartridge) which are a gas based shock.

Has anyone had any experience with the Tokico S Series shocks in terms of comfort and handling compared to the original 240Z shocks. I want keep the car as close to OEM as possible.
