hi my cousin's uncle has a piece of junk beauty 240z the doesn't run, has spider webs all on the inside, flat tires (hopfully no rust) hasen't run for about 10 years. does anybody know maybe how much i should offer

with all the great information given . $100. for the cob webs $20.00for the flat tires ( $5.00 each ) and $50.00 forthe Z . thats $175.00
