I just love the information I can get from the Zcar Microfiche CD, but it would be even more helpful to me if I could print out a page (or section of a page) that I've "Zoomed" to 200% or whatever. My eyes just aren't what they used to be when I was in my 20's and 30's. Does anyone know how to print the ZOOMED view?

Since I don't have a copy of the microfiche, I can't be 100% sure this will work, but it has never failed me. When viewing the page, press the PrtSc (print screen) button, Then open up word and paste (ctrl v at the same time). It should paste the diagram there and you can print it.

Hi,

If you have Acrobat reader Version 5 installed these instructions will work. There is no way to print a Zoom diagram in earlier versions so get Acrobat Reader 5 if you don't have it. You can get it for free here http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html

Now see the attached image for the first 3 steps then.

5. Make sure "Selected Graphic" is selected in the "Print Range" section of the Print Dialog.

6. It also helps if "Shrink oversize pages" and "Expand small pages" are selected to get the biggest image that will fit on the page

7. Press OK on the print dialog

8. Voila! Zoomed image.

A quick question though, just to be sure I didn't miss anything..... was there a step #4? Didn't seem like I needed one, since 1,2,3,5,6,7,8 worked fine, but though I'd ask in case I missed an option or?
