Hey Jeff I just found a pump on ebay. 81-83 280zx. will that fit my 77

Sorry, not sure if a ZX pump is the same or not. What is that pump? New OEM, used OEM, aftermarket universal?

it's a used OEM.

Try Danny's Datsuns in OR. He sells used Z parts. Otherwise, there are always a ton of cars being parted out and listed in the classifieds here, zcar.com, and hybridz.org.

I'd probably check with the classified ads here or on http://forums.hybridz.org/forumdisplay.php?f=141 if you don't want to spend that kind of $$ on a pump and see if they have anyone has an OEM pump. I was looking for a AFM boot and a member there had a fuel pump and allot of other parts. They were reasonable......

The factory pumps are very quiet and reliable.

i bought my new o ring for the fuel sending unit from my Nissan dealer. all of three bucks if i remember right.

sorry i don't have the number for it, but if you have a good parts man at your dealership, he will take the time to find it.

sounds good I going to look at hybirdz z right now. and call my local nissan dealer tomorrow ,still does anyone know if a 81- 82 280zx pump will work in my 77 280z?

The pumps looked like the was the same part numbers at rockauto.com for the Beck-Arnley OEM type pump from 75 to 83 N/A and Turbo. I hope a ZX pump will work with my 78 fuel injection in my 72 240!!!! That's what I got!
