CuadroS Posted August 6, 2009 Share #1 Posted August 6, 2009 Suddently, after 27 years, he decided not tu run. Excesive fuel passes thru the exhaust pipe. Sometimes one cylinder or two runs for a few seconds and then stops. Huge clowd of fuel vapor behind the car. If it was carburated, I would tell the floater got stuck, but its an injected. It's obviously a major malfunction in your fuel delivery.Look into the mouth of the air flow meter. Does the flap close, or is it stuck wide open?Do the injectors go "tick tick tick," or are they held wide open?
