August 14, 200915 yr comment_291841 I used 5/16" i.d. EFI fuel line. Kind of overkill but I only had to change them once. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/32822-question-about-water-lines/#findComment-291841 Share on other sites
August 14, 200915 yr Author comment_291859 good idea, was there a trick you used to replace the molded 90? I've been fighting with it for a while with no luck. August 14, 200915 yr comment_291867 No trick, it was a pain to change that one as I recall but the hose I used was stiff enough to make the 90 w/o collapsing. August 14, 200915 yr comment_291893 I got it on and the it's bent there wont be much water going through it. not sure what plan b is yet.Go to Autozone or wherever and ask to let you look at all their molded hoses. Usually you can find a hose for another application that is close enough to work. I recently did this for the hose that runs from the intake to the thermostat housing on my '72. Kind of a bent S shape and I found one that worked perfectly after trimming.Steve Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/32822-question-about-water-lines/#findComment-291893 Share on other sites
