On The Road (In Transit)

Recommended Posts

The Z is finally heading to Mass for some end of the summer and fall fun, after 8 years of storage in Idaho. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the auto-transport persons involved will appreciate, love and care for my little gem. But all I can think of is Ferris Bueller's Day Off, that 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California and those parking garage attendants. AAAAAAAAAGHHHhh!!!

Estimated delivery September 2.

A little road scum but otherwise the little z is safe in it's new home.

YAY !!! Now time to refresh and breath a little life into him.

What is that bullet shaped thing on the fender with a switch on it ?

To me that little light was the coolest, most ingenious thing under the hood. I remember some the old 50's cars had a light that would turn on automatically when the hood was lifted. When I got my car back from the engine overhaul at the dealership I discovered the entire light had been stolen. Have to get a new one to be cool again.
