August 28, 200915 yr comment_293175 It's either a nylock nut or a prevailing torque nut (can't remember which). Nylock using a nylon insert to lock the nut and a prevailing torque nut is all steel but "squished" at the top to lock it. You can get them from Ace/Truvalue Hardware stores for under a dollar.
