October 21, 200222 yr Author comment_17361 it's just above and left of the speedo, illuminated in orange and simply says "sensor". Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/3300-sensor-light/#findComment-17361 Share on other sites
October 25, 200222 yr comment_17567 Here is a quick fix for any annoying dash light. All you need some black electrical tape and a pair of scissors. Cut a piece of tape the same size as the light. Place the tape over the light.:classic: Call it a Mickey Mouse fix. October 25, 200222 yr comment_17579 Ed, Ed, Ed, I have been holding back with that answer, thinking I may come across as a wise-arse. (Actually i was waiting to tell Dave in person at our next club meeting)Funny thing is , that is exactly how i fixed the Oxygen sensor light in my old subaru. If you use sissors, it actually looks fairly decent.:stupid: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/3300-sensor-light/#findComment-17579 Share on other sites
November 2, 200222 yr comment_18094 What can I say, I learned this "fix" from the Mechanics that service our fleet at work. They are always having the "Check Engine" light come on in the Ford Expeditions. The fix.....tape. Oh well .
