75Super_z Posted October 13, 2009 Author Share #15 Posted October 13, 2009 [ Anyone know the wheels on the car in the original post? I would also like to know what wheels these are... They look a little like the BOZE style wheels but I cant find that exact style on their website. Plus they are a lot of $$$
70 Cam Guy Posted October 14, 2009 Share #16 Posted October 14, 2009 I don't think MSA carries the same size Sportmax wheels I'm running. They're 18x8.5 up front and 18x9.5 on the rear. It was pretty hard to get them to fit, and I had to use 8" springs on the back in order to raise the lower perch high enough to not interfere with the wheels. The pic's look great, please do send me the originals. As for the wheels in the first shot, I don't know for sure - but they look like HRE wheels.I emailed the account on your website from my gmail account. The pic sizes are enormous! Nearly 3 megs eachLet me know if they don't come through.HRE? :stupid: HRE's are awesome but Wow! they make a lot of pricey wheels seem like bargains. A guy that brought his Corvette in to a shop I worked during college told us he spend almost 10 grand on his hre's

I'm not sure if that's what's on the first pic or not, but they look like they could be.
70 Cam Guy Posted October 15, 2009 Share #18 Posted October 15, 2009 Got the pic's, thanks! Yes HRE's are extremely expensive. I'm not sure if that's what's on the first pic or not, but they look like they could be. I actually saw at least 1 510 at the show with a set of HRE's. I chuckled to myself, even though the car was in good condition, the wheels were probably still worth more I spent some time looking at your website. You've done a lot of work to your car under all that nice paint and CF. I really like those gauges and dual exhaust
icehound Posted February 26, 2010 Share #19 Posted February 26, 2010 I bought my Air Dam from Kaminari directly. The original wheels at the top are Boyd Coddington 'Tuned' wheels. Custom wheels and they run $430 to 550 a wheel. Dave
Daishi_GD Posted June 9, 2010 Share #20 Posted June 9, 2010 (edited) Is this also a Kaminari Air Dam? The owner in this page listed it as a Kaminari but it just doesn't look the same. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3391523 Edited June 9, 2010 by Daishi_GD
icehound Posted June 9, 2010 Share #21 Posted June 9, 2010 It is. I just did a PhotoShop mod to visualize what my end result would be.
