Posted October 21, 200915 yr comment_298019 I am in the process of reassembly of a 1971 240z. I am working on the doors more importantly the windows. When installing the window frame there are two rubber seals that go in the front and back of the window track. There is also a rubber seal on the quarter window. Could someone please take some detailed pictures of these seals so I can figure out how in the world they go in.I purchased this car in pieces so I was not the one who took them out, so I am just guessing trying to get them back in.Any help would be greatly appreciated. October 21, 200915 yr comment_298050 I strongly advise that you buy the book by Wick Humble,How to restore your DATSUN Z-CAR . Caps are how the name is printed. This would be a valuable asset for you in this project . Especially since you did not disassemble the Z in the first place . Publisher is Fisher Books . MSA has them and maybe Amazon may still carry them. There are lots of pictures and hints that you will find vary helpful.
