For similar states of tune, (compression, cam timing/profile, max rpm, induction, exhaust)that would be a suspect claim. But it's certainly within the realm of possibility if all those things were optimized for max HP. Of course a standard l24 modified appropriately would have a lot more than 150 HP. Regardless it's quite a nice piece of work.

I have heard its MSRP is 350,0000 JPY (44,500 USD) for complete engine.

This enging is the legend in Japan, surely it is a real jewel .

Back in 1980, they made only 9 engines for sale.

Now with lots of up grade parts, it goes up to 10000 rpm

easily.

I want it if I win a lotto !

They have run into a couple development delays on the engine. I don't know the eta but the price is at least double what you list.
