Posted November 30, 200915 yr comment_301692 Here is a slideshow I made of our second outing with the V.M.S.C. on Nov. 15 at virginia motorsports park in Dinwiddie. Thats me in the Z of course, and my buddy Hank with the blue RX-7, another buddy Dan in the Lincoln, and a co-worker Brad with his wifes beetle! We told him how much fun we had doing it the first time and he couldn't resist.. Anyway this is only my second time trying to make a slideshow intresting also. so be gentle.. . enjoy Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/33972-second-autocross-with-the-vmsc-nov-15/ Share on other sites
November 30, 200915 yr comment_301696 You need wheels and tires badly. Nice presentation though! Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/33972-second-autocross-with-the-vmsc-nov-15/#findComment-301696 Share on other sites
November 30, 200915 yr Author comment_301745 trust me I know.. You would not believe how many times a day my so called "friends" remind me of that.. unfortunately i bought the car as a shell and the flares were put on it in 1979 according to the owner. The fenders are cut out underneath so taking them off wasn't an option. I had them redone when I painted it but still haven't saved enough money to put wheels on it. The turbo wheels came from one of my other cars and I painted them that color. Anybody got a set of Watanabe's they want to part with? For a cheaper option you might consider some Diamond Racing steel wheels: http://album.hybridz.org/data/500/medium/P10100032.JPG http://album.hybridz.org/data/500/medium/frnt_side_tire.jpg http://album.hybridz.org/data/500/zongrid1.jpg Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/33972-second-autocross-with-the-vmsc-nov-15/#findComment-301748 Share on other sites
