Hi everybody, i'm currently restoring a total wreck of a 240Z and i'm slowing down and it's getting me down. So something I can do now is replace the seat covers and foam which have had rats living on them for over 20years! I looked on the other threads but could find a discussion specific to the quality of the companies now supplying these kind of reproductions. So advice is gladly accepted hahaha.

I forgot to mention, when I did this I purchased a set of two electric seat warmer kits from a guy in Oregon who has a website called Camp914. They are great! 50 degree night with the windows open and heater on low... Heaven!

Does anyone know if the seat covers are identicle? IE, would it matter if the left cover went on the right seat?

Old post but I'll update it anyway.  I tried many times and ways to contact Les at Classic Datsun to purchase his seat coverings and foam kit, but never got a reply.  Finally went with the kit made by SeatZ and vended via Motorsports.  Very good quality.

I think there is a right and a left; same for the foam kit.

Mine is from MSA, installed by professional. They look sexy and feel good.

I also have the covers by Seatz - no left/right sides.  These are awesome quality!
