So I was reading ads for cars as I always do and I saw this one... It's a 240Z for sale in Vancouver BC and I couldn't help but laugh after reading his unbelievable description.

"The most amazing, unique and tastefully fully done 1972 Datsun 240Z you will find. Over $60,000 spent on restoration plus over 1,000 hours of labour. The car has a fresh race-ready Datsun 2.8liter stroker race engine. The car has not been dyno tested but it is faster than a Nissan Skyline Turbo. I estimate it may have 325 hp +. These cars (once referred to as "The Poor Man's Ferrari") could do 150mph with the stock engine running on just 5 cylinders, so with a 5spd instead of the original 4spd and double the horsepower, this car should be able to do 180 to 190mph.

The restoration is very detailed and used only the highest quality original Datsun parts straight from Japan or parts sourced through race shops. Wow, thats SUPER!!!! Its the mostest, amazingest, car in the world! I am not sure but I bet it can fly in space and drive underwater as well. You have to at least admire his enthusiasm if not his imagination.

Well.... at least he was consistent with his paint and interior scheme.

I'd love to see this stock 240Z capable of 150 MPH on 5 cylinders too.

They go faster on five cylinders than on six, something to do with the more efficient use of fuel and spark. Either that or it just seems that way when you are on street corner drugs
