The spray paint I have came from Banzai and it is Tower Paint.

I really liked the way the Tower paint covered. I purchased a 6 pack of cans to paint my engine and parts and I think it looks great. I believe they referred to it as Dusty Blue.

How do you think the color compared to the original you may have found on your cars and seen at shows?

It matched pretty good to the 40 year old paint I found on mine.

My engine just got sprayed. It looks totally different depending on the lighting. Took several shots with and without flash on the camera. I had a couple of shop lights on it. Sitting next to it, it looks between the two colors, closer to the without flash shot (darker). I put a stock short oil filter for reference.

spelling "shot" to "shop"

On my computer screen, Lee's first picture looks about right. The picture of the pully at Post #3 looks like it has too much green/teal in it. Motorman's block looks about right given a slightly darker lighting in that photo.

Reading this I wondered, Is the air cleaner and the engine block the same color on FI cars? The air cleaner on my 77 looks very light compared to the pictures posted here. Just curious.
