Man those are nice Kobo! A little pricey, but nice. Now if I could just do the whole engine compartment (upper & lower rad, heater, master vac, breather and PCV) for $300 I would be all over these. :)

any chance the 260Z and fairlady roadsters might be considered? too many models i am sure, but there are alot of those around.

The upper fits 260Z and 280Z.

So the question is, do I want to make lower hose for 260Z and 280Z?

I know 260Z ones have special shape and already NLA. 280Z ones fit 260Z cars. So 280Z lower hose might be one I might consider........

I might need at least 50 sets pre-ordered (prepaid) by people who want them. Min. Order is 100. And I have to prepay for them and pay for the mold! and wait for a while......

;)

How long do you plan on having these available?

I can only supply 100 sets at this time. (now 90 sets, 10 sets were sold in last 2 days)

It is a lot of $$ sleeping on the shelf.

So it depends on the sales I guess...... MSA will have these up in next few days.

If more of these sale, the price might come down some....;)

If you build them for the 260/280z's I'll take a set. When you think that you have enough interest to start accepting prepays, let me know. You may want to consider tracking the number of people with serious interest.

That sounds good!

Well, here are my before and after pics or the radiator hoses. I removed the naked ones and put on the new braided ones from Espirit. The braided hoses were very nice and flexible. I did have to cut about an inch off the top radiator hose to get the right natural curve.

Now the only thing that needs the fix are the two heater hoses. I am still operating with the original braided brake booster hoses, EGR, and fuel hoses. The brake booster hoses are pretty stiff and a bit frayed as is the EGR, but the fuel hoses are still supple and appear to be in great shape (not braided but appear cloth re-inforced).

Think I'll put the bare hoses up on e-bay. They are only 1 year old.

I checked it with an NOS hose, and it is the same length. So it is OK to slip it all the way over the neck;) I also noticed that many after market hoses come a little shorter..........

I am go into put a set on my car, too!
