I am looking for a Body shop in the Colorado Springs/ Denver area to do restoration body work. Does anyone have any good leads....

Try Foggs auto body or reincarnation auto. Both will do a great job. where are you at in the Springs? Your car looks similar to mine.

The differences in body shops are as follows,,

collision repair- might do a full paint only if they aren't busy and can fit it into their schedule, minor rust repair. Even if there isn't any rust they probably won't do a complete paint.

auto restoration-- hourly rate, it's on the clock even if they just glance at it.

lonetreesteve has a body guy, I'm sure he will chime in.

Where is Frogs or Reincarnation Auto? Denver? I'm actually located in Palmer Lake. I have had my Z for two years now. Taking care of mechanical issues and getting to the point of body work. I bought mine from the original owner, 78yo. Took him three years to decide to sell it.

The are both in Colorado springs. Should be able to find in the phone book

Karl Witchie at Karl's Classic Restorations - 303-425-0814 - Located in Arvada, CO. Karl's a great guy, does awesome work at a fair price.

He's worked on my 70 and has restored 2 Zs for Lone Tree Steve. Good luck.

Called Karls Classic Restoration last night. Sounds promising. Going to go look at some of his work this weekend. Need to check on Frogs and Reincarnation also. Does anyone else have any recommendations? Thanks for the assistance as always.

Our 72 240Z went into Karls today. Looking forward to Summer.
