Although i still like them, I now can't get the image of Shrek out of my mind. Will probably just put OEM Datsun mirrors on my Z. Thanks all for the input.

I agree with the rest as well, I like the classic chrome mirror. The Californian mirrors probably look better in person like a lot of things

On a slightly separate, though related note, I found a vendor that sells both left and right handed mirrors for the Datsun roadster. I purchased these for my roadster and they are extremely nice. It turns out they are the exactly like the driver's side one that originally came on the Z, so I will be picking up a pair for the Z as well.

I have a pair that I purchased from MSA. I will sell them for 50 plus shipping. They were on my z for 2 weeks.

It made me chuckle, and remember some awful mirrors I had on my motorcycle for a day. Bad case of CSS, I was staring at my elbows :stupid:
