Yes very nice car indeed.

Try this:

Download VSO image resizer, it's a free version, you don't have to pay for private use, when that is done, you open the program, choose the image you want to convert, after that choose the size you want and press OK, now you will have a resized copy in the same folder as the original photo.

In Windows you can re-size pictures with Paint, using the "Image/Stretch" option. Just enter the same % in both horizontal and vertical.

(e.g. 50% makes the picture 1/2 the size it was when you started.)
